We generally ship orders within 3-5 business days, however, it may take longer depending on Seasonal volume. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days but may take up to 7 days.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.

The Jeweled Pony is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by UPS or USPS, The Jeweled Pony is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
